A homeowner requests a clean through your Online booking page or a phone call becomes a Request. Send an Estimate with your standard, deep, or move-out pricing pulled from your Items price book.

Set the recurring schedule

Approve the job and set the cadence - weekly, biweekly, or monthly. ProHelper creates the Visit series and you assign each to a crew and slot it on a Route for the day.

Do the clean

The crew opens My Day, sees the gate code and any rooms to skip, works the checklist, and captures before/after photos on the Visit - all offline if needed, syncing automatically afterward.

Get paid

Mark the Visit complete and the Invoice goes out. Collect a card payment, log it against the Account, and let it sync to QuickBooks. Next visit in the series is already on the calendar.
